The WAREMA protection package extends the free WAREMA manufacturer warranty and provides 10 years of warranty protection, including maintenance service for patio awnings, pergola awnings, sun sails, conservatory awnings and patio covers.

The protection applies to private consumers resident in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Belgium or Luxembourg. The prerequisite is that you register your product within 6 months of purchase and activate the available protection package for a fee.

  • Step 1: Receive your warranty voucher
    You will receive your voucher for the free 5-year manufacturer warranty from your WAREMA specialist retailer when purchasing your product or during installation.
  • Step 2: Register your product online
    Register your product free of charge on WAREMA plus within 6 months of purchase.
  • Step 3: Activate the manufacturer warranty
    By registering, you activate the free 5-year manufacturer warranty.
  • Step 4: Choose the optional upgrade
    Choose the optional upgrade to the 10-year protection package in WAREMA plus.

  • Function check, including a controlled test run and, where applicable, checking of measured values
  • Inspection for visible wear and potential damage, for example to the fabric or motor cable
  • Functional and adjustment work, including adjustment of the motorised end positions and inspection of load-bearing elements such as brackets and guide rails
  • Operating instructions as well as travel to and from the site
