Yes. The WAREMA protection package also includes approved accessories and equipment variants, provided that these were purchased together with the Outdoor Living product or bought within six months of the start of the warranty and professionally installed on the Outdoor Living product by a specialist dealer or by WAREMA. This includes, for example, radiant heaters, control components or ZIP awnings for louvered roofs, pergola awnings and conservatory awnings.
Separate registration of the accessories is not required, as no separate product IDs are assigned for them. The warranty for the accessories is automatically included in the registration of the respective Outdoor Living product, provided that the conditions stated are met.
The 10-year protection package is available starting at 99 EUR a year. The costs depend on the product and additional packages and can thus vary. If you register your product in WAREMA plus, you can view the price for your sun shading product.
The protection package will be available starting 1 April 2022 for all Outdoor Living Products which were sold and installed starting 1 February 2022.
Maintenance includes a functional check of the system with a controlled test run and, where necessary, verification of the measured values, inspection for visible wear and possible damage such as to the fabric or motor cable, as well as any required functional and adjustment work, such as setting motorised end positions and checking load-bearing elements such as brackets and guide rails. You will also receive information on how to operate the system. Travel to and from the site is included in the maintenance service.

If you have not yet registered your product in WAREMA plus, you will need the product ID and your contact details. To take out your protection package, you also need your bank account IBAN.
The product ID is located on the warranty certificate that is attached directly to the Outdoor Living product.

Yes, the free registration for the 5-year manufacturer warranty includes the basis for the 10-year protection package. You can then extend the protection an additional 5 years by upgrading to the protection package, incl. two or five integrated maintenance instances.

Accessories and equipment options purchased along with the product do not need to be entered separately.
