With the free WAREMA manufacturer’s warranty, your registered Outdoor Living product is covered for 5 years.

The warranty covers associated accessories as well as the costs of repair, materials and labour in the event of a warranty claim.

Register your product online in WAREMA plus within 6 months of purchase.

The WAREMA manufacturer’s warranty may apply if:

  • the product is a WAREMA Outdoor Living product
  • the product is used privately
  • the product was purchased as a new product from a WAREMA specialist retailer
  • the product was professionally installed
  • the product is registered within 6 months of purchase
  • the valid warranty terms and conditions are met

1. Log in to WAREMA plus or create an account

2. Select “Register product for warranty”

3. Enter product ID and address

4. Check your details and complete the registration

After successful registration, the product will appear in your WAREMA plus account under “Products”. You will also receive a confirmation email.

You can find the product ID on the warranty voucher attached to the product.

If you do not have the warranty voucher, please contact your WAREMA specialist retailer. They can provide your personal product ID. It consists of the WAREMA order number and a three-digit item number.

If you believe you have a warranty claim, please contact your WAREMA specialist retailer first.

Please have the following information ready where possible:

  • warranty certificate
  • address of the construction project
  • detailed description of the fault
  • photos of the defect
  • details of the installation situation

The WAREMA specialist retailer will carry out the initial assessment of the warranty claim. If the specialist retailer is permanently unavailable, the claim can be submitted to WAREMA. This procedure is described in the warranty terms and conditions.

The warranty does not cover every type of damage. The following may be excluded, for example:

  • normal signs of use and wear
  • damage caused by incorrect operation or insufficient care
  • damage caused by improper installation
  • damage caused by unsuitable environmental conditions
  • subsequent product modifications without WAREMA approval
  • damage caused by non-original spare parts
  • scratches, damage to displays, or intentional or negligent damage
