The new sun shading and weather protection solution from WAREMA significantly expands the use of the ROOF Bar Mannheim and creates a comfortable outdoor area – even in the evenings and colder seasons.

The four-part unit with the Lamaxa L50 blends in harmoniously with the roof terrace architecture, combining design, comfort and flexible weather protection.

Lateral front-mounted awnings with easyZIP guidance provide additional protection on the roof terrace against low-lying sun, wind and rain.

The existing Perea pergola awnings were incorporated into the new sun shading and weather protection concept to conserve resources. After being professionally shortened, they were moved to the narrow side of the terrace.

The reuse of the existing Perea P40 pergola awnings created a precisely integrated shading solution for seating that ensures a pleasant and comfortable visit without changing the open architecture of the roof terrace.

Eight dimmable radiant heaters coated in the special colour “medium bronze” extend the amount of time for which the outdoor area can be used, even in cooler temperatures.

Subtly integrated into the slats and beams, the LED lighting creates a pleasant ambience on the roof terrace in the evenings.

The series-mounted Lamaxa L50 Line was installed on the existing steel beams with the help of special plates and powder-coated in the special colour “medium bronze” – coordinated with the existing window profiles.
