Automatic reset: after activation, the system automatically switches to regular control mode. 
  • The emergency power supply kit is a comfort control intended to ensure that sun shading products are raised in the event of a power supply interruption.
  • The emergency power supply kit consists of an uninterrupted power supply (UPS) emergency power supply kit and at least one motor control unit (MSE) emergency power supply kit (sold separately).
  • An MSE emergency power supply kit is connected upstream of the 230 V drive.
  • Depending on the power input per drive, up to 4 MSE emergency power supply kits are connected to one UPS.

  • Connection of a motor control unit or actuator for controlling the sun shading product via a central control unit or a push button on site.

  • Connection of a push button on site to activate "alarm raising".

  • Connection of a key-operated switch or connection to on-site BCS for resetting.

  • Issuing of fault signals.

  • The following signals activate raising:
    • Mains voltage failure
    • Activated via contact of the building control system (GLT) e.g. fire alarm system
    • Activated by Up button on site
    • Empty, faulty or old storage batteries
    • UPS overload
    • Internal UPS fault
